This is my 4th day of The Lean Berets 30X30 NO EXCUSES New Year's Challenge!
Mood: 9 that faded to 7
Workout: Joint mobility, walking with family, a few sets of DB chest press with 65 pounds supersetted with 25 pound DB straight curls...pretty straight up and SIMPLE today.
Total Time: 45 minutes
Comments: Started pretty good today then got a bit grumpy over some crashing and burning of one of my corporate events pending...lots of rescheduling now and a pain in my butt, etc., but decided I might as well workout anyway...kids' toilet sprung a leak that night so was glad to have had the "mood enhancement" of the workout!!!
