This is my 5th day of The Lean Berets 30X30 NO EXCUSES New Year's Challenge!
Workout: Joint mobility, running, wind sprints
Total Time: 30-35 minutes
Comments: Got my new Nike Free 5.0 running shoes so was pretty stoked to try them out tonight. Got home in dark and family was ready to eat--had to get workout in so hit the trail first and ate later. I could have walked after dinner, but I really wanted to try the new shoes. I liked them a lot. Got back and felt like I needed a few more minutes so blasted three 50 yard wind sprints at 3/4 speed in front of the house on slight uphill. My new neighbors might think I'm crazy, but they'll get used to it eventually! :o)
